Excluding media from searches

    The Search Exclude “Exclude from Search Results” box appears on the Edit Media pages and can be selected but on Update the box deselects.

    The plugin is great for hiding pages from the search list but I’m also trying to stop searches form showing all of my image library which is full of Alt Text entries that reflect the pages they are inserted into.

    Is this just a tweak to the plugin use or is this outside the scope of what can be done with the plugin?

    Thanks for your feedback! Originally excluding media was not considered for this plugin. But it’s nice idea, I will do my best to implement it as soon as possible. Will take me a few days.

    Please check out version 1.0.3 – I’ve added support for hiding attachments from search results.
