Missing Submit Button to add Analytics

Good afternoon,

I had to change the Google Analytics code on the site and hit the reset (Reset General Settings to Defaults) button at the bottom of the page.

I went through the site and wanted to add everything back into it, but now I am having the issue that I am getting the following code snippet in place of that blue button.

I have attempted to delete the plug, installed it via WP. didnt work. Tried to remove the folder from the server and installed it by uploading the folder, same thing.

Could anyone assist me with this? I googled the code snippet and it seems to have happened 2 years ago and was solved with an update but I am on the newest version of WP and all in one SEO and still am having this issue.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
