User Activation keys for Networks not working

I set up the network fine everything now works, when you go to https://www.skinnbonesglobal.com/wp-signup.php you can sign up fine enough but when you get the email (I set up a test account) it says
“cannot be found” so something’s missing.

You can set up your account fine but are unable to activate it, help please.
