where can i find the codes for a theme's shortcodes?

I want to edit a theme’s ‘toggle’ shortcode which acts like accordion. Currently i have to click the ‘+’ sign to toggle the content but i want to make the whole div or the header toggle-able too. I went to cpanel but i can’t find the codes for the theme’s shortcodes. Any idea? Thanks
