Help Fixing Spam URLs Please

Hi,

I’m having an issue with spam URLs being created on my site. My site is autumnhillscampground.com and I’m using the genesis framework. Google WMT is showing me crawl errors for spam URLs that do not exist. For instance,

https://www.autumnhillscampground.com/cheeks-is-pepcid-ac-safe-during-pregnancy/
https://www.autumnhillscampground.com/oceanographer-carafate-drug/
https://www.autumnhillscampground.com/did-topamax-headaches/

The weird thing is these URLs all show up as 404 pages. I’ve made sure my plugins are up-to-date and have removed all non active plugins. I’ve 301 redirected these in the past when they’ve shown up, but now it’s almost on a weekly basis.

Any help would be appreciated.
