Problem with scrolling to ID with Q2W3 fixed widget plugin

Hi,
I use Scroll to ID plugin and it works fine until I add Q2W3 Fixed Widget for the sub menu on a product page. It seems that there’s a conflict, maybe with jQuery or something.How can I fix this?
