Disqus Comments Cutting Off

  • I am wondering if anyone else who uses Disqus with this theme is noticing that occasionally some comments will be lost.

    Someone will comment on a post, and it will show up. But the next day, that comment may be lost. This seems to happen randomly. The comment count remains, so if there were 5 total comments, it says “5” but only 4 may be visible.

    Sometimes it appears as if there is a strange cutoff mark at the bottom of the Disqus box.

    Any feedback would be helpful.

    Hi Justin,

    I am no longer using the Disqus comment system, as my hunch is that the issue may be on their end.

    I discovered that when I am logged IN to Disqus, I am unable to see all comments that may have been made, including replies.

    When logged OUT, I can see everything.

    Also tends to be weird issues with comments syncing with wordpress.
