I know how to add custom link to menu, but if I don’t know which link to add, it’s useless ??

In the demo website, the blog menu leads to this URL https://themes.fruitfulcode.com/fruitful/blog/

I tried to add “/blog/” at the end of my URL’s, but it doesn’t work.

How can I set up a page, or find a link, where all the posts are visible ? With the “older posts” links…
It seems that it’s not with a specific category because, on the top of that page, there is not “category archives: name of the category”…
