Odd. Based on the report, it appears that something is triggering the JS save of your usergroups, but no usergroup IDs are passed to backend.

Does the problem reproduce with all of your plugins deactivated, and your theme switched to Twenty Thirteen or Twenty Fourteen?

It’s a live sports site – there is no disabling everything or switching themes. I tried it on our live news site as well – same issue – it appears to have to do with the anchor tag being sent as part of the response link. But your tag isn’t part of the actual “respond” key, it’s in an isolated (malformed) link: <a name="editorialreponse"></a> No way for it to work from the actual respond button.

    BTW – I love EDIT-FLOW.
