99 owner files

Hello,

In one of my WordPress sites, I’ve found out 4 folders with conf_global.php, config.ph, configuration.php and settings.php with owner 99 group 99.

I haven’t created these folders and there are the files with these names in the same directory.

Because of them, everytime I run a backup I’m getting the error saying that it can’t follow these files.

Any idea how to sort this out? Also, how did they were created?
