Delete Uploaded X Theme, Demo Icon 5

  • After a week of reading posts and viewing tutorials (here and YouTube), I successfully uploaded the Demo Icon 5 within X theme. Unfortunately, the theme does not look the way the demo does nor could I add the code to fix it.

    Trying several other suggestions offered in the forum, I *WAS* able to create a new Page and copy the code into Editor. GREAT. Now, I’d like to delete the Home Page which is the original uploaded theme that does not look anything like the Demo and use the page called “Innovative” as the Home Page since it has the actual theme code.

    Any suggestions other than trying to upload it again — that didn’t work, I got an error message saying that it’s already loaded.

  • You need to delete the home page and name the “Innovative” page as the home page.

    Thank you for the response — yes, I’ve tried to do this from the Menu section as well as from the Themes section with no luck. Not sure where else to go. Simply renaming the Innovation page didn’t give me an option to delete the actual theme and keep the page. Not sure where I am supposed to go for this.
