WP-Members Link Problem

I’m working with WP-Members tonight, and I’m having trouble getting the link to retrieve lost passwords to work.

I have my site set to use permalinks, and that seems to be having an effect. For example, if I’m on the page https://sandbox.tentwostudios.com/pages/16 and am not logged in, the login/registration page appears. The lost password link that appears is https://sandbox.tentwostudios.com/pages/16&a=reemail&r=/pages/16 which gives a 404. The link that does seem to work is https://sandbox.tentwostudios.com/pages/16?p=16&a=reemail (I have yet to find a return suffix that works properly). What the heck am I doing wrong?
