Installed wordpress in subdirectory and https plugin causing redirect erros

I installed WordPress in a subdirectory and the https plugin is using the old links and therefore clicking on any https page causes a “page not found” error. I can access dashboard at all. The only way to access dashboard is to rename the plugin in my plugin directory. How can I fix?
