Map wont load up

Can you try disabling all other plugins and reverting to the default theme to see if it works then please?

I have disabled all plugins, still have the same problem :(.
Any suggestions?

Did you also try switching to the default theme?

I switched to the default theme and everything seemed to work just fine.

So I am guessing there is some kind of conflict with my theme, which is pretty crappy :(.

Is there any easy way to find where the conflict is coming from, which will be stopping the map from loading?

Any help?

As it’s definitely a theme conflict, the best thing to do now is contact the developer of the theme.

It sounds like they may have used an outdated version of jQuery or have some other sort of Javascript error.

Im using the Flozo theme by Flyerzone,

there doesn’t seem to be any support for it what so ever. Looks like i’m screwed.

Is there a way I can change the jquery link myself so its reading the latest one?

Below is how the current header.php is using the script

Try removing the line that says

<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.7.1.min.js"></script>

That should let Events Manager load in jQuery correctly.

You really need to get the developer of your theme to fix this.

They are using an old version of jQuery in a way that is overriding the more up to date version that WordPress comes bundled with. No plugin or theme should be including it’s own version of jQuery in this way, making this a bug in the theme.

You will likely come across other problems because of this with other plugins, not just EM.
