A lot of huge(!) pictures – between 100 and 200KB – on the front page. Very bad practice; it is slow even on my fast cable connection. Think about the dialup people…
Site looks nice but perhaps you can use some thumbnails on the frontpage to get the speed up a bit just like Moshu says. I have 100 mbit here at home but the pictures still don’t load instantly. I can just imagine how it is with ultra slow 1 mbit…
