Converting a theme… need assistance please

I’m terribly new to this, and not a coder at all. I have a theme that I’d really like to use. It’s a 2-column template, originally for blogger (paid), created by ‘SoulKarma’. She’s no longer supporting these, and I’m not certain how to alter it to work with wordpress. I’ve got all the necessary files, just need a wizard to help me out.
