dropdown menu ( at least 3 levels) with different colors

    have my own hosted wordpress blog installed now but need a dropdown menu ( at least 3 levels) with different colors and the menulevels at header not in sidebar also levels under each other not to the right etc

    is there such a free plugin?

    i understand i need a wordpress template that supports
    CUSTOM MENU right?
