    for issues relating to commercial plugins, I would recommend contacting the plugin support team directly.
    the support team would be most familiar with how to solve problems directly related to their products/services.

    Hi Jadisqueen – I did find the solution for this through wp e-commerce’s support, but I’m sorry, can’t remember it now. Check there. If I find it I’ll post it here.
