Accordion menu and hover item both in sidebar menu

Hello guys,

I’ve made a research about my problem on the internet and it’s 3.30 am now , unfortunately could not solve it.

This is the website that I’m working on for a client;

On the left hand side you’ll see a secondary navigation. The client asks me to show related text info boxes when user hover over menu item. So each of that info boxes are sub-menu items. That’s already done and working.

Also the client asks me to do an accordion menu under “CONSTRUCTION” menu item which will carry links to different topics related to “Construction”.

Now, I tried with a JQuery Accordion Widget. No use of that. Because it only creates an accordion menu.

I need both hover and accordion on different levels.
How can I do both of them in the same menu?

If you know anything about it please do share some ideas. I desperately need a helping hand.
