Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
-
Hello
I’m using BackWPup version 3.1.2 and when I run the backup I get the following:
WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
My Maximum script execution time is 45 seconds, my php version is 5.3.26 and I’m using multisite WP 3.8.1.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks

Please go to BackWPup | Settings | Tab: Jobs and configure the “Maximum script execution time” to a value of 45 secounds.

Where do I go to exclude all cache, backup and temp folders from being included in the backup?
If you can see the folders in the structure of the files tab of the job settings. you can simply use the checkboxes to exclude them.
Else you can, in the buttom, add the followind to the excludes box:
cache,temp,backup
I had this same warning message and actually subscribed to BackupBuddy. just in case it was a problem with the plugin. The problem exists with BackupBuddy as well.
Their forums advise a known issue with LiteSpeed servers.
They recommend adding the following lines to the very top of your .htaccess file.
RewriteRule .* – [E=noabort:1]
RewriteRule .* – [E=noconntimeout:1]It worked for me, fingers crossed it will work for you also.
