Ecwid discounting customer prices

My client often invoices his customers on a monthly basis.
I’m also wondering if the customer can put together an order in their cart, and have that list forwarded to my client, without the customer having to pay at that time.

As to the second question, I believe you can use an offline payment option – no actual payment is supposed to take place at checkout if an offline payment option is used. This way, a customer order will be sent to a merchant while the customer is not required to submit any credit card.
