how can iget further assitance?

    rather than bump my post, as we are so strongly urged not do, i thought i would ask “how do we somehow move to get further help with an unresolved issue that is being overlooked?”

    i.e. my issue has been here in the forum for a couple of months now and one nice person tried to help but i didnt understand the answer, said so, and since – no reply.

    i would link to the forum post in question but for fear of getting told not too ??

    please don’t take this criticism of the forums just want sombody to advise as to what i should do.
