Website forwards to external address for mobile without plugin

Website at <ahref=”https://www.royalplaceon88.com”>www.royalplaceon88.com forwards to guaranteedigital.pdqs.mobi/royal-place-restaurant-and-banquet-center/

but there is no plug-in shown in WP that is doing this.

We want to get away from this and use one of the WP plug-ins, we would like them to be on our site URL even in mobile view.

We changed hosting providers when we picked up the site (now on GoDaddy) so if there was something done at the hosting level previously it should be deactivated now, right???
