Cannot create new user

I just installed this modification to almost clean wp installation and start using/testing it.
First 2 accounts worked , but then i asked a friend of mine to login and he get this error:
An error occurred while creating a new user!Sorry, that username already exists!When i checked the wordpress user list it appear that my second account is with username:

then i deleted my name and ask him to try one more time.This time he managed to sign in and then in wordpress user list he was also with:
_
insted of his facebook username.I then checked your plugin’s user list, and it appears taht everything is ok inside it.
