User Photo Upload

Hello –

I’m looking for something that will allow users when visiting my site to be able to upload a photo so we can discuss the photo and or upload more photos? I’ve tried nex gen and n- tier. With n – tier having the look and feel i like but nothing happened while next gen did actually upload the photo but not the current page.
