Resume Builder For Users

I am making a job site and I need a plug in that will let users build a resume and save it on my site. I need it to hide user personal information until an employer sees qualifications and contacts the possible employee. With the layoff lists growing and it getting harder and harder for smaller companies to find quality employees I wanted to make it easier and cheaper for them to find each other. I am providing this a free service to both employer and employee. If I make a single cent from this site it will be from sponsors/donations/google adsense. So getting the plug in free would be great. Any programmers willing to help I would advertise you as a sponsor on my site for helping make this for me.
