Cart Button Missing / Enquiry Button Shows

    Hello, Gurus

    I have setup a woocommerce website and attempting to link with paypal.

    1. When I am logged in, I can see the shopping cart, but when I log out I do not see the shopping cart. Similarly, when I am logged in, I do not see the Enquiry button, but when I log out, I see the Enquiry button.

    2. All system items are green.

    3. All permalinks are “Default”.

    4. All wc pages short-coded and properly added to linked pages under woo settings (not posts, just in case I need to distinguish it)

    5. I am using Articifer theme.

    6. I have about 4 or 5 plugins in addition to woo related plugins.

    7. I have turned on the debug but do not know what to do with it or where to go to find out what if found out.

    8. I am not using variable product.

    I have checked all the settings and all seems to be working as expected:

    WC Version: 2.1.3
    WC Database Version: 2.1.3
    WP Version: 3.8.1

    Multisite Installation

    WC Logging: Log directory is writable.
    Default Timezone: Default timezone is UTC
    fsockopen/cURL: Your server has fsockopen and cURL enabled.
    SOAP Client: Your server has the SOAP Client class enabled.
    WP Remote Post: wp_remote_post() was successful – PayPal IPN is working.

    WC pages are good:
    Shop Base: #19 – /shop/
    Cart: #21 – /cart/
    Checkout: #22 – /checkout/
    My Account: #28 – /my-account/

    I have the latest version

    I do not know what is wrong.

    Please point me in the right direction.

    I would not think woo commerce would like their sites unsupported?
