    OK, I’ve found a solution:

    Go to phpMyAdmin
    in your db find wp_options
    look for option name active_plugins
    remove the option_value In my db it looked like this:
    a:18:{i:0;s:19:”akismet/akismet.php”;i:1;s:55:”all-in-one-event-calendar/all-in-one-event-calendar.php”;i:2;s:41:”all-in-one-favicon/all-in-one-favicon.php”;i:3;s:27:”custom-meta/custom-meta.php”;i:4;s:45:”enhanced-text-widget/enhanced-text-widget.php”;i:5;s:31:”exclude-pages/exclude_pages.php”;i:6;s:36:”google-sitemap-generator/sitemap.php”;i:7;s:19:”jetpack/jetpack.php”;i:8;s:37:”maxgalleria-lite/maxgalleria-lite.php”;i:9;s:33:”post-expirator/post-expirator.php”;i:10;s:25:”qtranslate/qtranslate.php”;i:11;s:27:”quick-cache/quick-cache.php”;i:12;s:37:”revision-control/revision-control.php”;i:13;s:25:”safesource/SafeSource.php”;i:14;s:26:”shortcode-redirect/scr.php”;i:15;s:37:”tinymce-advanced/tinymce-advanced.php”;i:16;s:59:”wp-database-optimizer-tools/wp-database-optimizer-tools.php”;i:17;s:27:”wp-forecast/wp-forecast.php”;}

    This will deactivate all your plugins.
    Go back to WP and reactivate the plugins.
    I did that and even JetPack was working again!
