activate the child theme: Encounters Lite

    how can I activate the child theme: Encounters Lite I know it is in a zip file in public_html / wp-content, how to do to be able to go to wordpress activate ?? thanks

    Theme files should not be in zip format and you must put all the theme files in public_html >wp-content>themes folder. Be sure to put all the theme files inside a folder and put that folder inside themes folder. Now log on the back end of your site and activate it.
