ShipStation blocked. Whitelist domain names possible?

    I utilize WooCommerce with the ShipStation plugin. Normally, the ShipStation plugin will mark my orders as completed and send our customers a tracking number via email, automagically ??

    However, when Stop Spammers is enabled, ShipStation is no longer able to communicate with the plugin. I spoke with ShipStation and their devs told me Stop Spammers was preventing the communication. They use many ip’s and are unable to guesstimate which ip is being utilized to communicate with my site. This makes “whitelisting” and ip from them impossible. Is it possible to Whitelist an entire domain name?

  • I can’t whitelist a domain at this time, but I will add it to the to-do list. If they could give me a complete list of the IP addresses that they use, I can whitelist them all. This is what I did for PayPal and some other websites that need to bypass the security checks.
