Problems with MultiSites

Hi,

First of all, great plugin – where I have it working, it really does the job.

I’m having issues with multisite. I can install it on one site (not the root) but when I try installing it on the rest, it gives results from more than one site and the filter to remove the website title from the URL doesn’t work.

Are there any fixes for this or is the plugin simply not compatible with multisites?
