How to set guestbook gravatars?

I just did a test on my end and users’ Gravatars are being picked up on the guestbook, so I’m not sure why they aren’t on your site.

Do you see the Gravatar for Edesapu in your dashboard in the Comments area?

No, I don’t see it. Just the default blank gravatar.

In this case, it’s likely the person’s Gravatar is not connected to that particular email address.

For privacy reasons, I won’t ask you to post the email address here, but do you know their Gravatar username so I can check it?

For example, mine is zoonini, and you can see that I have a Gravatar here:

I took a guess and checked the username edesapu, but it doesn’t exist:

Uhh, sorry, I see now. I seem to be quite green concerning gravatars ??
I thought adding image to the email account in google admin means to have a gravatar. But the link you provided finally enlighten me, so I signed up for a real gravatar, and it works!
