Buddypress – How do i get my profile pages looking like this

Hi there guys,

Im having trouble customising my buddypress profile template.

I want it to be basic like this – https://buddypress.org/community/members/tony123-1/profile/

I want to get rid of all the extra unnecessary tabs… How can I also make it so that the fields on the profile page are to be filled out when you have signed up and not on the registration page?

I will be willing to give a small/reasonable donation to anyone that helps me.
