All outbound links to direct to new page

Hi all,
Really need some help here. Basically I have probably in the region of 10,000 outbound links from my site. All of them at the moment go straight to the destination intended by the link however I would now like to get all of them to link to a page with 2 buttons, 1 to send them to that link they originally clicked on or one to send them to a new link.

So basically I need a page that has 1 button that remains the same whichever of the outbound links was originally clicked and the other button I need to change depending on the outbound link clicked. I would really appreciate any help you could give me!
