Custom return page after payment

    I thought that I had this configured, but I think that the latest update killed it….

    After a Paypal payment, I need my customer to return to a page other than …/checkout/order-received/ . After paying, they need to fill out a form. The order details are confusing and I cannot even place a link to the form on …/checkout/order-received/ .

    How do I return my customer to a different page?
