Please Help! – Regarding Titles

I recently installed IProperty and I followed the manual when setting up the plugin. But on the page where all the listings shows, it shows the title of the latest listing above and then properties after… Just wondering how do I fix that..

Also when you click on a listing, the title of the listing shows twice. I have provided a link below of the two issues I am having.
