how to get the js and css file in page or post

I use a form on one page in my wordpress, when I click the submit button it will give me some response. But when I use get_page api, I can get the form, but when I click the submit button, it won’t happen anything, cause the action is wrong in form. How to solve this problem, cause the form is generated by Gravity Forms plugin of wordpress, and also the js file, is there any way to get all the css and js file in the page or the post.
