Link to Media section of nav bar is not there

I had a company design a wordpress website for me so has custom theme. On the navigation bar, the link to the “media” category does not exist, there are links to the sub headings under media – to view https://www.nycleverk9.com. I have checked the css style and the header php code and do not see the actual code for the links that were assigned to each of the separate nav bar lisings where I can fix this – not saying I would know how to. When I go to my site and hit inspect element I can see link was made to this – # instead of /media/ – I am new to wordpress, more familiar with html. Please help!!
