Replacing PDF links

Might there be an easy way to search and replace PDF links, and not just images? I have a ton of PDF links in hundreds of pages/posts that were copied and pasted by an inexperienced developer that I replaced. The links go to the old site where the PDFs currently are, and it turns out none link to PDFs in the media gallery in WordPress. This would save me hours of editing, so please let me know if there’s something that can be done, or if there’s another plugin you know of that would do the job. Please help!
