Any ideas on how to recover my survey results from SurveyMe plug-in?

I have been using the SurveyMe plugin for a poll, but now cannot access the poll results. The plugin is outdated, replaced by another one that appears also to be unsupported. There is no contact info for the developer, DCoda. If anyone has any ideas for me, I would appreciate it. I think it stopped working when we upgraded to the current version of WordPress.
Hovering over the poll results link shows the link https://…/surveyme//all.csv/ (with the extra / before all.csv) and then shows https://…/surveyme/all.csv/ in the address bar, but just takes me to the user view of the post containing the poll. I cannot see the SurveyMe results, but visitors are still voting. Would upgrading SurveyMe or migrating to ContactMe preserve the survey results? Is there any other way I can see them?
