Problem with URL

I added some pages to my wordpress blog. Home, About, Diary, Contact Me.
If I click about the url looks like this:
But if I click a few different header links, eventually it will do this:
https://www.mysite.com/about/contact/about
And as a result, the page will not be found.
Any idea why this occurs?
