can't use remove_action with this plugin

    I guess since I haven’t heard from anyone here’s are two options left:

    a) Rewrite this plugin as a part of your Genesis child theme, but only using the coding-best-practices.
    b) The plugin author releases a new version wherein he uses a global variable to store the instance of the class (so that it can be referenced later for remove_action).
