The cart displays wrong item count.

When you add multiple products, by clicking the add to cart button next to the product thumbnail, or add some amount through a quantity box on the product page, it adds the correct amount to cart, calculates the correct total. The only thing on the cart page it shows in the quantity box number 1, as if I added only 1, not 5 for example. However the total right next to it would be for 5 of these items When you click update cart, it throws everything back to 1 of each. That’s a bit misleading to the customer.
Posted same thing on gethib thinking it was WooCommerce’s bug after the update, those guys told me it is the theme. Here is my post on gethib, there is also an image explaining situation better. Thank You.
PS. I am using later WordPress, latest Virtue Free and latest Woocommerce.
