How can I remove the rollover hover effect on image thumbnails

Hi there,
Anybody know how I can remove the rollover hover effect on image thumbnails on category and product images.
Right now when my cursor moves over an image, the thumbnail moves about 10px up and left.

Don’t like it, but can’t work out where the css is to remove this. Can anybody help?
