Post Date on Pages

  • Hey guys,

    Ive searched and cant fidn the answer to this, I have limited php experience.

    I have added this code into my contents.php file to show the publish date on all pages

    <?php twentyfourteen_posted_on();?>

    I want to know how to remove it from selected pages, I have 5 or so static pages that dont need the date visible
    E.g. Homepage & contact page
