AH00124 errors a plenty

Checking my error logs and I’m getting hundreds of these

I’ve been told to set my .htaccess to this to resolve:

rewriteengine on

rewriterule ^index\.php$ - [NC,L,QSA]
rewritecond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
rewritecond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
rewriterule . /index.php [NC,L,QSA]

Do I need to [NC,L,QSA] all the ‘rewriterule’ lines? most are just [L]

but it doesn’t seem to fix it.
