Gravatar not appearing

Hi there, would you mind giving me a link to your Gravatar profile so I can have a look and see what might be going on?

If so, could you double-check that email on that profile (visible bottom left) is the same as the one that’s entered under Settings > General.

Yes, that’s the Gravatar. I have double checked the email to make sure they match.

Hmm, I can’t tell from here why it’s not pulling in your Gravatar – and it’s working on my test and live sites.

As a workaround, could you try uploading the same image manually under Appearance > Header and let me know if that works?

Getting the same issue and the Appearance > Header isn’t letting me remove or upload a new photo. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the theme with no success. I even tried changing the gravatar and emptying cache files, but nothing is working.

I think I have resolved the issue.

I was testing the ability to post a pic as Kathryn suggested. It worked, and i went to remove the image. After removing it, a button appeared under Header options to “Restore Original Header Image.” I clicked that, and The Gravatar started displaying. So for some reason, on theme install it wasn’t looking for the Gravatar, but pushing that option told it to.
