Float menu and excerpt

Hello there,

First of all I don’t undestand how to make the left sidebar float.

The menu float option is for the Primary menu in the header and not for the sidebar.

For the option to work you need to assign a menu group to the menu location via your Admin >> Appearance >> Menus.

Moreover I want to only show the excerpt on the category pages instead of the full article (as in homepage) without modify the php code.

I’ll add this on the TODO list but it wont be in the next version as that is already out for beta testing and due to go live this week. I’ll try and work it in the next week version.

Okay, I got fixed left sidebar using a plugin. Now I created a menu as you said and I have another problem. The top nav menu position is not fixed as in theme’s preview but scroll with the page. How can I fix it?
