Send the Uploaded file name instead of File in email

Hello,

Thanks for keeping this great opportunity to contact with you. I need some help in uploading file.

Is there any way to send the file-name in the email and keep the file in the server? I can keep the file in server by commenting out the deletion code. But is there any way to send the uploaded file name rather then the whole file?
