    Hi,
are you using shortcodes? If so can you try to use iframe=”true” with the shortcode and check if the animation comes up. EA throws an “Cannot read property ‘tween’ of undefined” error, so I want to make sure that is because of other JS and is not coming from the composition itself.

i just used the iframe=”true” & can see it in code, but it’s still not showing up.

Does this work standalone in the browser? Seems to be an internal error, EA can’t find an element on the timeline, Edge Suite shouldn’t have any effect on this. If it works standalone in the browser can you sent me the composition to [email protected], then I’ll take a look.

My composition works ok standalone, but I loaded another composition into the same WP post and it’s working. https://doug-harper.com/wordpress/test/ So Edge Suite seems to be working fine.

I’ll go back and look at my “broken” comp and see if I can figure it out. I suspect a sound effect, but its working standalone. I don’t mind sending you the comp if you want to take a look, but I don’t want to take up any more of your time… unless I have to ??

    Thanks for your help.

It was the sound effect (I think). I have a wink sound that is very short, but the audio file trails on for a about 2 seconds. I inserted a trigger at the end of the timeline to serve as a loop, but I placed it before the audio file completed.

Hi, great that you found the bug! Would you mind sending me the buggy and fixed compositions anyway? I don’t really get why this would cause the animation to fail within Edge Suite. I’m pretty sure other people will run into something like this sooner or later and I better know by then what’s happening.

Thanks for the animations, will take a look when I have time. Am closing the issue for now. Please consider voting for the plugin if you like it.

I just couldn’t make it work. I follow the steps so many times… and still the images don’t show. I have to use iframes to embed the html with the animation to the WordPress page. I don’t think this is the best option, but at least the animation is there.

Nevertheless I have not been able to use your plugin, I really thank you for all your work and time. I will keep trying.

Have you installed the latest dev version as stated in the FAQ? If it still doesn’t work with the dev version please open up a new issue.
